Our client provides a complete range of asbestos management solutions to all property owners under the current Asbestos Regulations. As one of the largest asbestos consultants in the UK, they provide a complete range of asbestos related services from asbestos surveys to the planning and supervision of asbestos removal works.

They are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for their East Midlands office. You will be responsible for overseeing project work, full and comprehensive report writing, business development and client liaison ensuring the branch is a sustainable part of the business.

In addition you must have experience of dealing with a varied portfolio of clients and building types, have the ability to work closely with asbestos removal contractors and the HSE, write tender specifications and conduct tender escorts and tender appraisals.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience the asbestos industry and have at least 12 months experience in the related field. A relevant Environmental/Scientific degree would be advantageous as would the BOHS S301, CCP and P402/P405 qualifications.
