This leading asbestos consultancy that provides an array of services to clients is presently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their team to cover a mixed bag of contracts in Hertfordshire/Cambridge area.

Ideally, the applicants must hold the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications, although they would consider applicants holding P403/P404 qualifications and train towards the P402 qualification.

The role will involve carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial.

Overseeing contractors on site and liaising with clients on a regular basis.

Collating and writing accurate reports.

Overall, you will be flexible, have good communication skills, both written and verbal, be well versed with Health and Safety procedures and have the ability to work independently.
