Our client is a leading player within the asbestos industry and due to on-growth of the business, they are currently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover various contracts in and around the Cumbria area - North West.

The individual must be Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 qualified and must have previous demonstrable asbestos surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos industry.

The role will involve carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a variety of buildings - commercial and industrial.

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, re-occupation, visual, personal air testing, and 4 stage clearances.

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they comply with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

Collating and writing asbestos reports as and when required.

Liaising with various clients, therefore you will need to have good communications skills, both written and verbal.

In general, you will be flexible, have good work ethics and have the ability to work independently.
