Due to continued growth of the business, an asbestos consultancy that provides a comprehensive range of asbestos services currently has a requirement for an Asbestos Analyst to cover contracts in Cumbria.

the candidate must hold the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 certificates and must have previous experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring.

The role will entail carrying out 4 stage asbestos clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing within the asbestos industry.

All work is carried out to MDHS 39/4 Asbestos Fibres in Air, so the successful applicant must be up to date with the current regulations.

Additional duties will include carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a wide portfolio of contracts.

Overseeing asbestos contractors and ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety Legislation.

In addition, you will be liaising with a varied portfolio of clients.

You must be flexible, have good client-facing skills and have the ability to work on own initiative.
