Our client is a large multi-disciplinary organisation, specialising in asbestos and other environmental issues and due to continued growth of the business, they are currently looking for an all-rounder Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a variety of contracts in and around the Cheshire area.

The applicant must hold the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and must have previous experience within the asbestos field.

As an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst your role will entail carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various buildings - commercial and residential and writing asbestos reports.

Other responsibilities would include carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.

Overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out removal work and assisting senior surveyors.

Liaising with clients on a regular basis.

You must be flexible, have excellent communication skills and be conversant with the Asbestos Health and Safety procedures in relation to asbestos and must be willing to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
