Due to expanding workload, one of our clients, an established asbestos and occupational hygiene consultancy that provides advice on all aspects of asbestos/environmental issues currently require two Asbestos Surveyor/Analysts to cover contracts in the Cheshire area.


The candidates must be Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 qualified and must have asbestos surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos field.

The main duties will involve:

Carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolitions on various properties.

Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, personal air testing, and re-occupation.

Supervising asbestos contractors on site ensuring that they comply with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

Providing comprehensive asbestos reports.

Liaising with clients from all levels, hence excellent communication skills is required for this role.

The candidates must be flexible and have good work ethics.
