This renowned asbestos consultancy that provides various high quality asbestos/environmental services to clients across the UK is presently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their busy team to cover a mixture of contracts in and around the Cambridge area.

They are looking for a keen a self-motivated professional who must possess the P402, P403, and P404 - S301 asbestos qualifications and must have previous practical experience working within this role and within the asbestos market.

The main responsibilities will involve:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial.

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they carry out the work in accordance with the Health and Safety legislation with regards to asbestos.

Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients.

Overall, the successful candidate be an all-rounder, flexible, have good ethic, have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
