Due to expanding workload, this well respected and leading asbestos consultancy that provides comprehensive asbestos/environmental services to a variety of clients currently requires the services of an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst in London.

It is imperative that the applicant possesses the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates and at the same time must have previous demonstrable asbestos surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos arena.

The role will involve carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment /Demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial.

Producing comprehensive reports.

Undertaking out asbestos smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.

Other duties will involve overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out removal work and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety procedures in relation asbestos.

Establishing and maintaining good relation with the company's portfolio of clients.

Overall, you will be an all-rounder, flexible, have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work on own initiative.
